YELLOW BRICK

“$20k purchase - $4 million earner!”

The fairytale story that is grounded in evidence based pedigree facts.

In 2021, broodmare Magical Mist had already produced a G3 winner and had her 4th foal - a colt by a relatively unknown sire named “The Mission”, going through the Magic Millions Gold Coast National Yearling Sale.

A lovely looking colt, he was purchased by Tony Sears Racing / Paul Moroney Bloodstock for only $20k.

After winning 5 of his first 6 starts, Sears knew he had a serious racehorse on his hands. He went on to win or place in 12 out of 22 Group or Listed races from there and recently just amassed over $4 million in Prizemoney.

If we look at his 7-generation pedigree, it gives us terrific insight into what makes up this super racehorse.

Why is Yellow Brick’s Pedigree so good?

Bletchingly 6m x 5f to the Influential Dam Line, Biscay 5f x 6m, Sharpen Up 5f x 6m, Native Dancer 7m x 6f, Nijinsky 6f.7f x 7m & Hyperion 7m x 7f

Yellow Brick’s racing record has nothing to do with his purchase price, but rather the intelligence of his bloodlines - which provides evidence based facts that we can rely on.
